Terms of service

  1. OMSKART (a unit if OM’S) has all the rights to modify its selling price and its website content without giving any notice.
  2. The sizes of items can be different from the given product description on the website, and it is according to the modifications done by the supplier.
  3. The status of availability of stock, special offers, and updated price list may change online bill produced by the system, and final invoice.
  4. OMSKART( a unit of OM’S) also has the right to adjust the final bill after the calculation of the online bill forward to the customer. Before the delivery of items to the customer, this adjustment can be made on the final bill.

Eligibility

  1. The availability of service on the site is limited in India.
  2. If you are under the age of 18 years, but at least 13 years of age, you can use the site only under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Registration

  1. The customer must give detailed and updated personal information to OMSKART( a unit of OM’S), including legalized and registered name of the customer, permanent address, recent mobile number, and e-mail address.
  2. For accurate and timely processing of the order, the customer must provide updated personal information and they are responsible for any inconvenience.
  3. Before ordering, customers should register on the website by providing a unique password.
  4. For registration and successfully log-in, customers will use an email address and password, and both these attributes are kept confidential to prevent unauthorized access.

Customers must agree and confirm

  1. Non – delivery of placed order occurs due to customer’s wrong name and address or any other wrong information given by the customer.
  2. Customer should agree that they will check the description of the product carefully before placing an order and he/she is also bound by the sales conditions included in the product description

Changes in order

  1. Customers can amend orders from the phone or through website for the current and the future delivery so that the bill is updated accordingly.

Cancellation of order by site/customer

  1. Customers can cancel the placed order anytime but in the slot time of placing the order by calling the customer service.
  2. For any fraudulent transaction by the customer or any transaction which contradicts the terms and conditions of the website, we have a right to cancel the placed order.

Limitation of liability

  1. OMSKART( a unit of OM’S) online grocery store shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss of product, defect in product or health of users in any case.
  2. OMSKART( a unit of OM’S) is only responsible for the amount of the price of the product but not to the delivery discrepancy.

Objectionable Material

  1. Customers may encounter content deemed by some to be objectionable and offensive. Customers are agreed to use the site and its services at their sole risk.

Intellectual Property

  1. Text, graphics, photos, designs, logos, trademarks, and any other elements belonging to brand/product is a property of OMSKART( a unit of OM’S) until there is a written permission.

Variation of Terms & Conditions

  1. OMSKART( a unit of OM’S) has the authority to amend and modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice to the customer.
